The best ramen a white girl can make
Hi friends,
Do you ever just crave ramen? I do! But this time I was out of those $1 flavoring packs and I was dying for some noods so I decided to make my own. I am not a good cook at all so I was actually shocked when I LOVED how this turned out and my husband did too. So today I am going to share that ramen noodle recipe with you!
Ingredients:
Garlic
2 tablespoons of hot chilli powder
A LOT of onion powder
tablespoon of sushi water
sliced green onion shallots
sliced corrots
torn lettuce
spoonfull of korean red paste
oil
some msg if you want
two eggs add
rice noodles
Instructions:
take the shallots off of garlic and blend/purée - if you have actual garlic cloves you can just use less than what I did.
boil 1 cup of water while adding
2 tablespoons of hot chilli powder A LOT of onion powder
tablespoon and a splash of sushi water
sliced green onion shallots
sliced corrots
torn lettuce
spoonfull of korean red paste
oil and some msg if you want
3. Hard boil two eggs add rice noodles
You can tell I'm a real Martha Stewart from how I "measure" my ingredients ;) ahahah
