Set Dresser Kit Essentials

Hi Friends,

If you are serious and looking to get into the film industry I suggest bringing a kit. These are things that you will constantly need and they expect long term set decorators or dressers to have with them each day for work:

• Green wire

• Measuring tape

• Screwdriver

• Pens

• Zap straps

• Command hooks

These top four you definitely need every day:

• Wire cutters

• Scissors

• Green painters tape

• Sharpies

I bought the majority of my items from the dollar store. It really wasn't expensive to get these all. I personally don't have command hooks because those are really expensive and even though you always need them, the person you are working for will have them.
